The VoiSAP Story · Since 2016
From one learner at Tim Hortons to thousands of career transformations.
VoiSAP didn't begin with an office, a brand, or a business plan. It began in 2016 with one participant, one trainer, and one SAP FICO course — taught across a coffee-shop table — and a simple belief: practical education, honestly delivered, can change the direction of a life.
The Beginning: one table, one learner.
In 2016, there was no platform, no team, and no curriculum committee. There was one trainer who knew SAP FICO deeply, and one participant who needed it — an arrangement so small it fit at a Tim Hortons table. Sessions ran over coffee. Materials were printed at home. The "campus" closed whenever the coffee shop did.
What there was, in abundance, was attention. One learner meant every question got answered, every concept got re-explained until it landed, and every session ended only when something had genuinely been understood. Resources were limited; care wasn't.
That first learner finished the course. Then they told someone. That's the entire origin of VoiSAP's growth model: teach one person well enough that they send you the next one.
A Decade, two years at a time.
No funding rounds. No overnight scaling. Just referrals, repetition, and a slowly widening table.
One learner. One course. One table.
VoiSAP begins with a single SAP FICO participant, taught in person at a Tim Hortons in Ontario. No office, no website — just sessions over coffee and a promise to teach practically.
Referrals become batches.
Graduates send colleagues and friends. The first small group batches form, and learner demand pulls additional SAP modules into the catalog beyond FICO.
Virtual by necessity, national by result.
Training moves fully online. What began as a constraint becomes reach: learners join from provinces VoiSAP had never taught in, and the trainer network expands to meet them.
Companies start calling.
Corporate training initiatives launch, consulting engagements expand, and dedicated learner support becomes a formal function rather than a side effect of small classes.
Depth, not just breadth.
Multiple trainers per domain. Backup trainers so no batch ever stalls. Growing enterprise relationships built on the same principle as that first table: deliver, then deliver again.
A North American platform.
Learners across Canada and the United States. Programs expanding into cloud, AI, security and business disciplines. Still teaching the way it started — practically, personally, honestly.
We didn't chase trends. We listened to learners.
Every expansion in VoiSAP's catalog started the same way: a graduate or a hiring manager asking, "do you also teach this?" SAP consultants needed cloud fundamentals. Employers wanted analysts who understood both business and systems. Newcomers asked about the technologies appearing next to "SAP" in Canadian job postings.
So the catalog grew the way the company did — one genuine need at a time. SAP remains the core. Everything around it exists because learners asked for it, not because a market report did.
Cloud Computing
AWS and Azure fundamentals — because modern SAP lives in the cloud.

How VoiSAP works today.
The coffee-shop intimacy never left — it just got systems behind it. Here's what operating "learner-first" actually means in practice.
Multiple trainers per course
No program depends on one person's calendar. Domain teams teach, review each other's material, and keep quality consistent batch to batch.
Backup trainers for continuity
If a trainer is unavailable, a prepared backup steps in — learners never lose momentum to scheduling.
Student support systems
A dedicated team handles questions between sessions, tracks progress, and flags anyone falling behind before they fall away.
Personalized guidance
Career mapping before enrollment, 1:1 mentoring during training, resume and interview coaching after — the same attention one learner got in 2016.
Practical learning, always
Live SAP practice environments and real project work. We still believe nobody learns enterprise software from slides alone.
From teaching people to partnering with companies.
Somewhere along the way, the companies hiring our graduates started asking a different question: could VoiSAP train our existing teams too? Then: could you consult on our implementation? Then: could you provide the people themselves?
Today VoiSAP is three things at once — a training provider, a consulting partner, and a dedicated resource provider — serving organizations across North America with the same delivery-first culture that built the classroom side.

Our impact across North America.
The move to virtual learning in 2020 quietly erased geography. A learner in a small prairie town now gets the same trainer, the same practice systems, and the same support as one in downtown Toronto.

Real, verified reviews from our Google Business Profile — shared publicly by SAP learners who trained with VoiSAP.
I had a very good experience with VoiSAP. I completed SAP MM training with Gourav, who is extremely knowledgeable, and the training was very well structured and easy to follow. Gourav was always available over the phone, and any issues after classes were promptly resolved. He is also very flexible with scheduling, which made the learning process even smoother. I would 100% recommend anyone in Canada to join VoiSAP who is looking to pursue SAP training.
The VoiSAP training institute offers several SAP courses and I happen to enrol to SAP FICO HANA certification training program from VoiSAP. My trainer Gourav has been phenomenal in simplifying and revisiting the technical concepts of the course, therefore it was very easy to understand and comprehend. He provided the course material after each session — an overview with detailed screenshots which served as a reference point while practicing on my own. Unlike other SAP training institutes, VoiSAP gives trainees access to a live SAP server for real-time practice, giving it an edge over others.
Anyone interested in any SAP course like SAP FICO, SAP MM etc. — VoiSAP Canada is the best, very high customer service. They've got their YouTube channel, Facebook and LinkedIn where you can check details and many more courses.
Overall the course was very useful and I had great interactive classes, with 24x7 support during and after the course. I did the course 5 months back and I'm still in touch with my trainer — if I have any problem during work, they're available to help me out.
What we believe.
Practical learning matters.
Nobody hires you for what you watched. Real systems, real projects, real repetition — that's how skills become careers.
People deserve honest guidance.
If SAP isn't right for someone, we say so. A recommendation you can't trust is worthless — and trust is the only marketing we've ever had.
Careers can be reinvented.
An accountant at 40, a newcomer at 35, a graduate at 22 — we've watched all of them rebuild. Experience is raw material, not a sunk cost.
Support doesn't end after training.
Resumes, interviews, and six months of on-job support after placement. The course ends; the relationship doesn't.
Growth is a shared journey.
Every learner who succeeds makes the next learner's path more credible. We grew on referrals — we intend to keep deserving them.
Looking ahead.
The next decade will bring new technologies, new programs, and — we hope — many more learners across North America. The plans are ambitious: deeper corporate partnerships, broader career pathways, stronger support for every person who trusts us with their transition.
But the measure of success hasn't changed since 2016. It isn't the size of the catalog or the reach of the map. It's whether the person across the table — wherever that table now is — walks away with a career that wasn't possible before. We started with one. We're still counting one at a time.
We're still building
one career at a time.
