Learning & Courses

Short answer first, detail second — the way good guidance works. Each card links somewhere useful.

Finding your fit

Which SAP course is right for me?

Short answer: the one your experience already half-qualifies you for.

Accountants → FICO. Supply chain → MM/SD. HR → SAP HR. Developers → ABAP. Unsure? That's normal — a free demo maps it in 30 minutes.

Time & pace

How long are courses?

Short answer: a few months part-time, built around your life.

Evening and weekend schedules, recorded sessions, lifetime access. Exact duration depends on the program and your weekly hours — confirmed before you enroll.

Starting fresh

Are courses beginner-friendly?

Short answer: yes — most learners start with zero SAP experience.

Functional modules begin with fundamentals and build to hands-on projects in live SAP practice systems. Nobody is expected to arrive knowing anything.

Tech worries

Do I need technical experience?

Short answer: not for functional modules.

FICO, MM, SD and HR reward business experience, not coding. Technical tracks (ABAP, BASIS) suit programming-comfortable learners — though motivated beginners build up to them.

Functional vs technical

How do I choose a module?

Short answer: follow your background, not the hype.

The fastest transitions happen where transferable skills do half the work. Our comparison table rates each module on beginner-friendliness, technical depth and career paths.

Still deciding

What if I'm unsure?

Short answer: stay unsure — and borrow our judgment for 30 minutes.

You don't need to decide anything before a demo. An advisor evaluates your fit honestly, including telling you when SAP isn't the right move.

The Demo, answered like a conversation.

Because that's what it is — 30 to 45 minutes with a real advisor, not a webinar and not a pitch. Here are the questions people ask before booking, answered the way we'd answer them live.

Book Your Free Demo

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Completely free. No catch, no card, no obligation.

It's a career consultation and a live look at our training. If you never contact us again afterward, that's a perfectly acceptable outcome.

Honestly though — is it a sales call?

No. And we'll prove it by sometimes saying "don't enroll."

The advisor reviews your background, recommends a module, and shows the live training. If SAP isn't your best move, you'll hear that too — with a better suggestion.

How long does it take, and can a complete beginner attend?

30–45 minutes, and yes — beginners are the main audience.

We schedule across Canadian, US and Indian time zones, evenings and weekends included. Everything is explained from the ground up.

Can I bring my own questions? And what if SAP turns out to be wrong for me?

Please do — and then we'll tell you.

Fees, schedules, projects, placement support: ask anything, or submit questions in advance through the booking form. If SAP isn't the right fit, the demo saved you months — that's a win, not a failure.

Career & Placement Support

The question everyone asks first

"Do you guarantee jobs?" — No. And you should be wary of anyone who does.

What we provide is serious, structured placement assistance — the support below — combined with training employers respect. Outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions. Individual outcomes vary, and we'd rather tell you that here than surprise you later.

What placement support do you provide?

Short answer: end-to-end job-search support.

Canadian-style resume preparation, job search guidance, employer connections where available, and structured follow-through until you land.

Do you help newcomers to Canada?

Short answer: yes — it's one of our specialties.

We map overseas accounting, supply chain, HR and IT experience to Canadian-recognized skills, plus coaching on local workplace expectations.

Do you assist with resumes?

Short answer: we rebuild them with you.

Canadian formatting, project-first storytelling, and LinkedIn optimization — so your training and projects read like experience, because they are.

What about interview preparation?

Short answer: mock interviews until answers feel natural.

Module-specific technical questions, behavioral frameworks, and honest feedback from people who've sat on the hiring side.

Is there networking support?

Short answer: yes — community and connections.

Alumni community, LinkedIn strategy, and introductions to employer contacts where opportunities align with your profile.

What happens after I'm hired?

Short answer: 6 months of on-job support.

Real questions from your real job, answered by trainers — the support that makes the first six months survivable, then comfortable.

All support describes assistance, not guarantees. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, experience and market conditions.

№ 05

Certification, without the mythology.

"Training makes you employable. Certification makes your resume easier to shortlist. They're related — but they are not the same thing."
i.

Do I need SAP certification to get a job?

Short answer: helpful, not mandatory.

Most hiring managers weight demonstrable hands-on project experience more heavily than a certificate. Certification strengthens a resume; it doesn't replace skill.

ii.

Which certifications matter?

Short answer: the ones aligned to your module and market.

Value varies by module, region and career stage. An advisor will tell you honestly when the exam fee is worth it for your situation — and when it isn't yet.

iii.

Will VoiSAP help me prepare?

Short answer: yes — training covers certification ground.

Our programs prepare you for certification exams if you choose to pursue them, alongside the project work that matters either way.

iv.

Training vs certification — what's the difference?

Short answer: skill vs validation.

Training builds capability through live systems and projects. Certification is SAP's exam validating knowledge on paper. Many learners train, work, then certify once an employer values it.

№ 06

Payments & Enrollment

The money questions, answered plainly. Exact figures are always confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.

What payment methods are accepted?

Short answer: all standard methods.

Current options are confirmed during enrollment — ask your advisor at the demo for specifics in your country.

Are installment options available?

Short answer: yes, for most programs.

Flexible plans spread the fee across your training. Schedules are agreed clearly, in writing, before you start.

Can I enroll from outside Canada?

Short answer: yes — training is fully online.

Learners join from Canada, the US and India, with sessions scheduled across time zones, evenings and weekends included.

How do I reserve my seat?

Short answer: demo first, then a simple enrollment step.

After your demo, your advisor confirms the batch, schedule and fees, and holds your seat once enrollment is completed.

What about refund policies?

Short answer: explained in writing before you pay.

Policy terms are shared transparently at enrollment so there are no surprises. Ask your advisor for the current policy document.

Are there hidden fees?

Short answer: no. Everything is itemized upfront.

Training, practice system access, projects and career support — what's included is listed before enrollment, and you're never billed for anything unagreed.

The Most Asked Questions

Short answer: structured, not mysterious.

Functional modules map to everyday business processes — finance, procurement, sales — so learners with business experience find the concepts familiar. The real challenge is practice volume, which is why our training centers on live system work rather than slides.

Short answer: they're our main audience.

Most VoiSAP learners arrive with zero SAP experience. Programs start with fundamentals and build to portfolio-grade projects — the path is designed for first-timers, not assumed experts. Individual outcomes vary.

Short answer: no — experience is an asset here.

Switchers in their 40s and 50s are a regular part of our batches. Enterprise software work rewards domain knowledge, communication and reliability — qualities that grow with experience.

Short answer: yes — pick the module where your past counts.

Accounting → FICO, supply chain → MM, HR → SAP HR, development → ABAP. Then build demonstrable experience through real projects, backed by resume and interview support. Individual outcomes vary.

Short answer: yes — it's one of our core strengths.

SAP training converts overseas experience into Canadian-recognized skills, supported by Canadian-style resumes, LinkedIn optimization and interview coaching for the local market.

Short answer: yes — free, no obligation, no conditions.

It's a 30–45 minute consultation and live training preview with a real advisor. Booking it commits you to nothing.

Short answer: no.

Fees and inclusions — training, practice systems, projects, career support — are itemized before enrollment. You're never billed for anything you didn't explicitly agree to.

Short answer: yes — most of our learners do.

Evening and weekend schedules, recorded sessions and lifetime access were designed around full-time jobs and family commitments, because that's who we teach.
