Refund Policy
Clarity and fairness matter.
We believe learners deserve clear expectations before enrolling. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work, why our approach exists, and the learning support available throughout your journey — even after enrollment.
Last updated: July 2026
Why we take this approach.
When a learner enrolls in a VoiSAP program, resources are committed immediately: trainers are scheduled, simulation environments are provisioned, support staff are assigned, and administrative work is completed. These preparations happen regardless of whether a learner ultimately participates fully.
A non-refundable enrollment model reflects this reality honestly. It is not punitive — it is a straightforward consequence of the way quality, small-group learning is delivered.
What makes this policy learner-focused is what comes alongside it: even after enrollment, VoiSAP continues supporting your learning at no additional training cost through future batch participation. Missing sessions or needing reinforcement does not mean losing access to the curriculum.
VoiSAP's refund policy and learner support model are designed to work together. The policy protects VoiSAP's ability to run quality programs. The support model protects your ability to succeed in them.
Understanding our refund policy.
VoiSAP's general position is that course fees, once paid and enrollment confirmed, are non-refundable. A narrow exception applies: learners who submit a refund request within 7 days of their course start date, and who have attended no more than one class, are eligible for a refund. Outside this window — or once a second class has been attended — this policy applies across all standard individual programs unless specific alternative terms have been agreed in writing before enrollment.
Once the 7-day / one-class refund window has closed, the following examples of circumstances do not qualify for a refund, regardless of reason:
Learners are strongly encouraged to attend a free demo and discuss program details thoroughly before confirming enrollment — so expectations are clear in advance.
When a seat is confirmed, VoiSAP immediately schedules trainers for the batch duration, provisions access to SAP practice environments and simulation scenarios, assigns support staff, and completes administrative preparation. These commitments cannot be released when a single learner withdraws, since they support the entire batch.
Where learners have agreed to an installment payment plan, all installments remain payable in full regardless of whether the learner continues to participate. Non-payment of installments may result in suspension of access to training, materials, and support services. The refund policy applies to all fees — whether paid in full upfront or via installments.
In some circumstances, VoiSAP may consider requests to defer enrollment to a future batch or transfer to a different program. These accommodations are at VoiSAP's discretion and are subject to availability, curriculum alignment, and operational feasibility. Deferrals and transfers do not constitute refunds and do not change the non-refundable nature of fees already paid.
Learning support beyond one batch.
VoiSAP's approach to learner support reflects a simple belief: enrollment is the beginning of a relationship, not a one-time transaction. A strict refund policy and a genuine commitment to learning are not contradictions — they can and should coexist.
No extra tuition
Revisit topics covered in your enrolled program through future batches at no additional training charge.
Strengthen understanding
Return to concepts that need reinforcement — until they feel genuinely clear, not just familiar.
Rebuild confidence
If anxiety or uncertainty held you back, attending again in a new batch context can transform understanding into confidence.
Catch up on missed sessions
Life happens. If you missed classes during your batch, future participation gives you a structured path to cover what you need.
Interview preparation
Revisiting curriculum before a key interview or assessment helps sharpen answers and restore practical recall.
Personalised reinforcement
Work on the specific modules or topics where you need depth — not the entire program from scratch.
Future batch participation is subject to availability, curriculum alignment, and VoiSAP's reasonable participation guidelines. It is designed for academic reinforcement — not as a substitute for active engagement in the original enrolled batch.
How re-attendance works.
Contact your advisor
Reach out to your VoiSAP advisor to discuss which batch or topics you'd like to revisit, and check current availability.
Confirm curriculum alignment
VoiSAP will confirm that a future batch covers the topics relevant to your reinforcement goal, and that curriculum alignment is sufficient.
Check operational feasibility
Batch capacity, scheduling, and operational requirements are assessed. Availability is not guaranteed — it depends on active batch schedules.
Join with professional conduct expectations
Re-attendance is subject to the same professional conduct standards as the original enrollment. Disruptive behaviour may affect continued access.
No additional tuition charged
For topics covered in your original enrolled program, no additional training fee applies. This is VoiSAP's commitment to your ongoing success.
The following conditions apply to future batch participation:
Subject to availability
A suitable future batch must be running or scheduled. VoiSAP cannot guarantee immediate access.
Curriculum alignment
The future batch must cover the topics you need from your enrolled program — new programs may carry separate fees.
Operational feasibility
Batch capacity and scheduling constraints must support additional participation without affecting other enrolled learners.
Academic reinforcement purpose
Future batch access is for learning reinforcement — not as a substitute for active engagement in the original batch.
Professional conduct
The same conduct standards that apply to enrolled learners apply to re-attending learners.
Reasonable timeline
Future batch access applies within a reasonable period from original enrollment. Ask your advisor for current guidelines.
We review concerns thoughtfully.
VoiSAP recognises that genuinely extraordinary circumstances can arise. While this policy does not create an entitlement to refunds, situations involving serious and documented exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by VoiSAP's team.
Any accommodation made in response to an exceptional circumstance is a discretionary decision by VoiSAP — not a precedent, not a right, and not an indication that future similar requests will be accommodated. Learners in exceptional circumstances should contact VoiSAP directly at contact@voisap.com to share their situation.
VoiSAP will always review such requests with care and empathy — but transparency requires being clear that the refund policy is the standard, and exceptions are not guaranteed.
Let's resolve concerns together.
VoiSAP genuinely believes most payment concerns can be resolved through direct, good-faith communication. If you have a concern about a charge, believe a payment error has occurred, or wish to discuss your situation, please reach out to contact@voisap.com before initiating any formal dispute process.
Contact us first. Share your concern, any relevant documentation, and the outcome you're seeking. VoiSAP will review it honestly.
Provide documentation. Clear information about the concern — enrollment records, payment confirmations, or correspondence — helps VoiSAP review efficiently.
Allow reasonable review time. VoiSAP commits to acknowledging concerns promptly and providing a considered response within a reasonable timeframe.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VoiSAP may be inconsistent with the enrollment agreement. VoiSAP reserves the right to document and respond to disputed charges in accordance with its agreements with payment processors.
Enterprise engagements.
VoiSAP provides corporate training, consulting support, and resource augmentation services to organisations across North America. The payment, cancellation, and refund terms for corporate engagements are typically agreed at the time of the arrangement and documented in the relevant agreement or statement of work.
Corporate clients should refer to their specific agreement for applicable terms. Where no specific corporate agreement exists, VoiSAP's standard individual learner refund policy applies. For questions about corporate arrangements, please contact contact@voisap.com.
Policy updates.
VoiSAP may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or improvements to learner support. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Changes to this policy take effect when published at this URL. Learners enrolled at the time of a policy change will be notified of material changes affecting their enrollment. Continued use of VoiSAP's services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you enrolled under a previous version of this policy and have a question about how it applies to your situation, please contact us. VoiSAP will always apply the version of the policy in effect at the time of your enrollment to any dispute or concern arising from that enrollment.
Common Questions Answered
Short answer: Generally, no.
Yes, within a limited window. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the course start date, and where no more than one class has been attended, are eligible for a refund. Outside this window, VoiSAP course fees are non-refundable — VoiSAP invests resources including trainer scheduling, simulation environments, support systems, and technology before and during training, making standard refund provisions operationally impractical beyond this point.
Short answer: No — a change of mind after enrollment does not qualify for a refund.
A change of mind may qualify for a refund only if the request is submitted within 7 days of the course start date and no more than one class has been attended. Outside that window, a change of mind, scheduling preference, or personal circumstance does not qualify for a refund under VoiSAP's policy. Learners are encouraged to attend a free demo, ask questions, and review all program details before confirming enrollment.
Short answer: VoiSAP supports you through future batch participation at no additional training cost.
VoiSAP supports learners who miss sessions or fall behind through future batch participation — you may attend a future batch covering the same curriculum topics at no additional training charge, subject to availability and alignment with VoiSAP's reasonable participation guidelines. Missing sessions does not result in a refund, but it does not mean losing access to the content either — contact your VoiSAP advisor to discuss availability and next steps.
Short answer: Yes — future batch participation at no additional training cost is available.
Yes. VoiSAP's learner support model includes future batch participation at no additional training charge. This is designed for academic reinforcement — to help learners revisit concepts, strengthen understanding, build confidence, catch up on missed topics, or prepare for interviews. It is subject to batch availability, curriculum alignment, and operational feasibility.
Short answer: No — there is no additional tuition for re-attending topics in your enrolled program.
No — you do not pay additional tuition to re-attend topics covered in your enrolled program through future batch participation. This support is included as part of VoiSAP's ongoing commitment to your learning success. Normal program fees would apply only if you choose to enroll in a separate, new program not covered by your original enrollment.
Short answer: VoiSAP will review extraordinary situations individually — but any accommodation is discretionary.
Refunds are generally not provided, but VoiSAP reviews genuine extraordinary situations individually and with empathy. Any accommodation remains entirely at VoiSAP's sole discretion and does not create a general entitlement or precedent for future refund requests. Learners in exceptional circumstances should contact VoiSAP directly at contact@voisap.com to discuss their situation.
Short answer: Corporate arrangements may have customised terms — refer to the specific agreement.
Corporate training arrangements may have customized payment and cancellation terms agreed at the time of engagement. Those terms govern the corporate relationship and may differ from VoiSAP's standard individual learner policy. Corporate clients should refer to their specific agreement or contact VoiSAP directly.
Questions about our policy?
Transparency is part of our commitment to learners. If you have questions before enrolling — about fees, schedules, what's included, or how future batch support works — we're happy to discuss them openly so you can make informed decisions.
This policy is intended to communicate expectations clearly and does not constitute legal advice. VoiSAP recommends reviewing all program details carefully — including attending a free demo — before confirming enrollment.
