Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations create better experiences.

These Terms & Conditions explain how VoiSAP services work, what learners can expect from us, and what we ask from those who use our website, programs, and services. Written plainly, because clarity builds trust.

§ 01

Using VoiSAP means understanding these terms.

Plain-English summary: By visiting our website, enrolling in programs, booking a demo, downloading resources, or using any VoiSAP service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoiSAP's website (www.voisap.com), educational programs, career services, resources, corporate training, and all other services offered by VoiSAP ("Services").

By accessing any part of VoiSAP's platform or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, learners, corporate clients, and any other individuals or organizations using VoiSAP's services.

If you are accessing VoiSAP's services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside VoiSAP's Educational Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

§ 02

Understanding VoiSAP.

§ 03

Enrollment and participation.

Plain-English summary: Enrolling in a VoiSAP program means agreeing to participate in good faith — attending sessions, communicating openly, and meeting the technology and conduct requirements set for the program.

Enrollment is confirmed once VoiSAP has received your completed enrollment, applicable fees, and any required documentation. VoiSAP reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion. Availability of programs, batches, and trainers is subject to change.

Learners are responsible for having appropriate technology — stable internet, a compatible device, and any required software — to participate in online sessions. VoiSAP will advise on requirements before enrollment, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or configurations.

Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned exercises, and engage with the program in good faith. Session recordings may be provided for personal review where available. Recordings may not be distributed or published.

Learners are expected to treat trainers, advisors, and fellow learners with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or dishonest conduct — including misrepresenting qualifications or experience — may result in removal from the program without refund eligibility.

§ 04

Understanding payments.

Plain-English summary: Fees are explained clearly before enrollment. Payment plans are available for most programs. Fees must be paid according to agreed schedules. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Course fees are communicated before enrollment confirmation. All applicable fees are outlined in writing, and learners will not be charged for services not agreed to in advance.

Payment plans are available for most programs. Installment schedules are agreed in writing before training begins. VoiSAP reserves the right to pause access to services if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

Applicable taxes will be added where required by Canadian or applicable law. Learners outside Canada should verify tax implications in their jurisdiction.

Invoices are provided upon request for corporate and individual learners. Please contact us if you require a specific invoice format for your organization.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to training, materials, and support services until outstanding amounts are settled, without prejudice to VoiSAP's rights.

§ 05

Refunds have their own policy.

Plain-English summary: Refund eligibility and processes are governed by VoiSAP's separate Refund Policy. Please read it before enrolling. These Terms reference it but do not duplicate or override it.

VoiSAP maintains a separate Refund Policy that governs eligibility, timelines, and processes for refund requests. Learners are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before enrolling in any program.

Review the Refund Policy → before enrolling. Refund eligibility depends on factors including the program type, the timing of the request, and whether services have been substantially delivered. Nothing in these Terms creates refund rights beyond those described in the Refund Policy.

§ 06

Learning support, not guarantees.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP's services are educational. They are designed to improve skills, readiness, and confidence. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, certifications, salaries, or any specific career outcome.

All training, career support, project simulations, and related services provided by VoiSAP are educational in nature. They are designed to support learner development — not to constitute professional career advisory, legal, immigration, financial, or regulatory advice.

VoiSAP does not guarantee employment, job offers, interview invitations, or placement in any specific role or organization.

VoiSAP does not guarantee any specific salary, compensation range, or income outcome.

VoiSAP does not guarantee immigration, visa, work permit, or residency outcomes of any kind.

VoiSAP does not guarantee official certifications from any technology vendor, unless explicitly stated for a specific program.

Career outcomes depend on individual effort, background, market conditions, communication skills, and other factors outside VoiSAP's control. Individual outcomes vary.

§ 07

Understanding simulations.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP's project simulations are educational exercises — not real client work, consulting engagements, or employment experience. They exist to build understanding, confidence, and readiness.
What they are

Educational environments

Structured practice scenarios inspired by enterprise project realities — designed to introduce learners to how SAP and technology projects operate.

What they build

Confidence & readiness

Process awareness, practical vocabulary, project lifecycle understanding, and professional readiness for real-world roles.

What they are not

Not real client work

Learners do not participate in live client implementations, real customer projects, or consulting engagements through training activities.

Any representation that VoiSAP simulations constitute employment experience, live project participation, or client-facing work would be inaccurate. If you encounter such a representation, please contact VoiSAP at contact@voisap.com.

§ 08

Respecting content and materials.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP's training materials are protected. Learners may use them for personal study. They may not be shared, resold, recorded without permission, or used commercially.

All training materials, course content, simulations, resources, written guides, videos, slides, and other educational materials created by VoiSAP are the intellectual property of VoiSAP or are used under license. Third-party trademarks and product names referenced in materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VoiSAP materials for their own personal educational purposes during their enrolled program. This license does not include any right to:

Redistribute, resell, or republish VoiSAP materials in any form
Share materials with anyone not enrolled in the same program
Record sessions without explicit written permission from VoiSAP
Use materials for any commercial purpose without written consent
Create derivative works based on VoiSAP materials without written consent

§ 10

Services beyond VoiSAP.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP uses or links to third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, video conferencing, and other functions. VoiSAP is not responsible for how those services operate or their terms.

VoiSAP may use or integrate with third-party services including — but not limited to — video conferencing platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, learning management systems, and communication tools. VoiSAP may also link to external websites for informational purposes.

VoiSAP is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service or website. Access to and use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those services' own terms and policies. External links are provided for convenience only — VoiSAP does not endorse the content of external sites.

§ 11

Expert perspectives.

Plain-English summary: Trainers and guest contributors share their own expertise and views. Those views do not necessarily represent the official positions of VoiSAP, their employers, or technology vendors.

VoiSAP works with trainers, career coaches, industry mentors, and guest contributors who bring practical expertise to learners. Opinions, perspectives, and views expressed by individual contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the official positions of VoiSAP, their employers, or the technology vendors whose products are discussed.

VoiSAP makes reasonable efforts to verify trainer credentials and professional backgrounds but cannot independently verify all professional claims. Learners who believe a contributor has made an inaccurate or misleading representation should contact VoiSAP directly.

§ 12

Understanding reasonable limitations.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP provides services in good faith and makes genuine efforts to deliver quality education and support. However, like any educational provider, VoiSAP limits its liability for outcomes outside its direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiSAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of VoiSAP's services, website, or materials — including loss of income, employment outcomes, data, or business opportunities.

VoiSAP's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of its services shall not exceed the fees paid by the claimant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Ontario or Canadian law. VoiSAP's services are provided in good faith, and this clause exists to reflect the educational nature of the services — not to avoid accountability for genuine failures.

§ 13

Things evolve.

Plain-English summary: VoiSAP may update courses, trainers, schedules, and policies to improve quality and reflect industry developments. Significant changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated.

VoiSAP may reasonably update the following to improve learner experiences and reflect the evolving technology landscape:

Course structures, content, and materials

Schedules, session formats, and delivery modes

Trainers and contributing experts

Technology platforms and tools used in delivery

Pricing, policies, and these Terms — with notice where required

Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated with reasonable notice via the contact information provided at enrollment.

§ 14

Applicable laws.

Plain-English summary: These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. Any legal proceedings would take place in Ontario, Canada.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

§ 15

Resolving concerns fairly.

Plain-English summary: If you have a concern, please talk to us first. VoiSAP is committed to resolving disputes through direct, good-faith communication before any formal process.

VoiSAP genuinely believes most concerns can be resolved through honest, direct conversation. If you have a complaint, question, or dispute related to VoiSAP's services or these Terms, please contact us first at contact@voisap.com.

VoiSAP commits to reviewing all concerns promptly and in good faith, and to making reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution before any formal legal process is initiated.

Transparency is part of VoiSAP's culture. If something has gone wrong, we want to know and we want to fix it. Please reach out before escalating any concern — in most cases we can find a fair path forward together.

§ 16

Your privacy matters.

Plain-English summary: How VoiSAP collects, uses, and protects your personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy — a separate document these Terms incorporate by reference.

VoiSAP collects and processes personal information in connection with program enrollment, career services, and website use. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information is governed by VoiSAP's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using VoiSAP's services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Canadian privacy laws — including PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation — apply to VoiSAP's handling of personal data.
